Responsibilities
- Manage calendars and schedules
- Assist with expense reports
- Research, book and change travel reservations
- Help team members with projects
- Find and book meeting rooms, and at times coordinate with other employees to move rooms
- Schedule large meetings (Company All Hands and Town Halls Meetings)
- Manage logistics for executives visiting Cvent's international offices, including London and India
- Manage infrastructure including technology, workstations etc.
- Document monthly office expenses received electronically and coordinate with Accounts Payable team
- Maintain office-related documents, including confidential files
Qualifications
- Experience assisting management with the creation of PowerPoint presentations & using Excel
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, and Outlook
- Experience making travel arrangements for management
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be a team player & should be able to perform under pressure
- Ability to coordinate and function in a team environment comprising managers, team members and external clients
- Must be able to work under minimal direction in evaluating needs and requirements
