About the Role

Provide administrative support to service coordinators and program managers in a highly organized and efficient manner.

Responsibilities

  • Data entry, collecting, copying, faxing, filing, distributing and/or mailing documentation
  • Tracking regulated benchmarks for annual audits
  • Customer service and problem solving for families served by the department
  • Complete other duties and responsibilities as assigned
  • Cover Front Desk and assist with greeting families and answering phones

Requirements

  • Associates degree or equivalent preferred
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Administrative Assistant or related role preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database systems
  • Ability to speak, read, and write English (considered essential for client safety and well-being)
  • Adherence to NH state law requiring mandated reporting of suspected abuse, neglect, or exploitation
  • Maintain criminal, motor vehicle, and Bureau of Elderly and Adult Services record checks meeting agency standards
  • Ability to travel and transport clients when applicable, including access to a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and personal auto insurance of $100,000/300,000
