About the Role

Bayonet Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning, a division of IES, is seeking an Office Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to multiple departments within the company.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level administrative support to multiple departments.

• Effective communication, including speaking, writing, and active listening.
• Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office, with a heavy emphasis on Excel.
• Good phone presence.

• Strong time management, prioritization, organization, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently; self‑starter who works well with little supervision.
• Highly organized.
