About the role
We are seeking an Adult Residential Support Professional to provide care and support in a residential addiction treatment facility.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and support residents while serving as a positive role model
- Document behaviors and maintain records
- Assist with housekeeping, supplies, and medication administration
- Share updates with external partners while maintaining confidentiality
- Respond to emergencies and support residents' treatment goals
- Lead educational activities, provide basic first aid, and assist with life skills, meals, and transportation
- Collect specimens and administer tests as needed
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED; coursework toward a degree preferred
- Previous experience in similar roles is preferred
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
- Valid driver’s license preferred; must pass motor vehicle check
- Basic computer skills required
