About the role
Provides care, support, and supervision to residents in addiction treatment and restorative justice programs.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and interact with clients as a positive role model
- Document behaviors and maintain records
- Assist with housekeeping, supplies, and medication administration
- Share client updates while ensuring confidentiality
- Respond to emergencies and crisis situations
- Support treatment plan goals and lead educational activities
- Transport residents and perform basic first aid
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Preferred experience in similar services
Skills
- Strong communication
- Problem-solving
- Teamwork
- Basic computer skills
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Pass required trainings such as DHS 83
Physical demands
Standing, walking, and outdoor exposure.
Work environment
Community-based with travel up to 50%.
Schedule
Part-time, 3rd shift (10:00 pm–6:00 am Wednesday–Friday)
