About the role
This role involves providing care, support, and supervision to residents in addiction treatment and restorative justice programs.
Responsibilities
- Monitor clients and document behaviors
- Assist with daily chores and administer medications
- Support treatment goals and respond to emergencies
- Facilitate group activities and assist with life skills
- Transport residents and perform basic first aid
- Collaborate with team members and maintain confidentiality
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience in similar services preferred
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Additional certifications like DHS 83 training desired
- Basic computer skills and physical ability to perform daily tasks

- Ability to work independently in a community setting
- Travel may be required for resident transportation and outdoor activities
