About the role
The Adult Residential Support Professional provides care and support to clients in addiction treatment and restorative justice programs.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and support residents
- Document behaviors and share updates with partners
- Assist with housekeeping and supplies
- Administer medications
- Respond to emergencies
- Help residents achieve treatment goals
- Lead educational activities
- Perform basic first aid
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Experience preferred
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- DHS 83 training preferred
- Certain certifications may be required after hire
