About the role
This role involves providing care, support, and supervision to residents in addiction treatment and restorative justice programs.
Responsibilities
- Monitor residents and document behaviors
- Assist with housekeeping tasks
- Administer medications
- Support treatment goals
- Respond to emergencies
- Lead educational activities
- Transport residents
- Assist with life skills and basic first aid
- Work independently, problem-solve, and collaborate with team members
- Attend required training and staff meetings
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Preferred experience in similar services
Skills
- Strong communication
- Problem-solving
- Ability to follow directions while maintaining professionalism
- Valid driver’s license (preferred)
- Basic computer skills (preferred)
- DHS 83 training required after hire
Schedule
Part-time, 3rd shift (10:00 pm–6:00 am Wednesday–Friday)
