Schedule: Part-time, 3rd shift (10:00pm–6:00am Wednesday–Friday)
About the role
This role involves providing care, support, and supervision to residents in addiction recovery and restorative justice programs.
Responsibilities
- Monitor residents and document behaviors
- Assist with daily tasks such as housekeeping and meal preparation
- Administer medications
- Support progress toward treatment goals
- Communicate effectively and solve problems
- Work independently within a community-based setting
- Respond to crises
- Transport residents as needed
- Lead group activities
- Perform basic first aid
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Preferred experience in similar services
Skills
- Strong reading, writing, and math abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills
- Preferred certifications: DHS 83 training
- Valid driver’s license preferred
