Key responsibilities

• Manage the full accounts payable cycle, including invoice processing, PO matching, reconciliations, and ACH payments
• Oversee accounts receivable activities, including cash application and customer account maintenance
• Handle collections efforts and communicate with customers regarding outstanding balances
• Coordinate weekly banking activities and reconcile deposits
• Maintain organized financial records and documentation for audit and compliance purposes

Qualifications

• 5+ years of AP and AR experience
• Experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
• Proven tenure and employment stability in prior roles

Location: Tampa, FL - On-Site

Salary: $50,000 - $58,000 base + quarterly bonus + benefits
