About the role

We’re looking for a Mid-Market Account Executive to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base. You’ll own the full sales cycle — from prospecting to close — helping businesses realize the value of Assort’s AI platform.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, with a focus on net new customer acquisition.
  • Develop and refine our sales process to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Work closely with leadership to craft compelling sales strategies and drive urgency in deals.
  • Partner with the marketing and product teams to ensure strong alignment between sales efforts and product development.
  • Deliver persuasive product demos and articulate the value of Assort’s platform to potential customers.
  • Manage and track sales activities in our CRM, maintaining an accurate and healthy pipeline.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to position Assort effectively in the market.
  • Contribute to Assort’s growth by helping build a high-performing sales culture and mentoring new team members.

Requirements

3+ years of full-cycle experience + closing experience within b2b SaaS. Strong track record of beating quotas and closing deals—ideally $100K+. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade decision-makers. Comfort with technical products and an ability to simplify complex solutions for prospects.

Qualifications

Nice-to-Have Experience at an early-stage company or high-growth startup. Previous experience selling AI-driven or automation-based solutions.
