About the role

This position involves assisting in grading assignments, proctoring final exams, invigilating tests and exams, holding tutorials and office hours, and performing other duties as assigned. The role requires being present on campus.

The position requires a graduate degree with experience and familiarity with a human-centered design innovation process, ideally having participated in Rotman Business Design courses or activities.

  • Flexible and adaptable to live business challenges
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Interested in facilitating studio-based class formats
  • Prior zSIA experience an asset

The ideal candidate should be available and comfortable with both online and in-person classes, as the sessional dates may vary based on circumstances.
