About the role
This position involves assisting in grading assignments, proctoring final exams, invigilating tests and exams, holding tutorials and office hours, and other duties as assigned. The position requires being present on campus.

Requirements
MBA graduate who took RSM 2511 and has a strong academic background in Marketing and experience with technology or startups. Work experience in financial services is preferred.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should be available and comfortable with both online and in-person courses, and willing to work from September 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026.
Skills
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Benefits
The salary range is $53.31 to $55.25 per hour, plus 4% vacation pay, with rates varying based on the start date.
Pay
The minimum hourly rate shall be:
- Apr 14, 2025: $53.31 plus 4% vacation pay
- Sep 1, 2025: $54.27 plus 4% vacation pay
- Jan 1, 2026: $54.27 plus 4% vacation pay
- Sep 1, 2026: $55.25 plus 4% vacation pay
Schedule
Courses may be online or in person depending on circumstances, so candidates must be available and comfortable with both.
