About the role
The School of Management at the University of Toronto, St. George Campus, is seeking a Sessional Instructional Assistant to support the Fundamentals of Management course.
Responsibilities
- Assist in grading assignments;
- Proctor final exam;
- Invigilate tests and exams as required;
- Holds tutorials and office hours;
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Completion of Undergraduate degree with a strong academic background in management. Previous TA experience in this course and experience in marking is required. Previous experience is the more relevant criterion than the need to acquire experience in respect of this posted position.
Class Schedule
Courses may be online or in person depending on circumstances, so candidates must be available and comfortable with both.
Pay
The minimum hourly rate shall be:
- April 14, 2025: $53.31 plus 4% vacation pay
- September 1, 2025: $54.27 plus 4% vacation pay
- January 1, 2026: $54.27 plus 4% vacation pay
- September 1, 2026: $55.25 plus 4% vacation pay
