Youth Programs Coach (Part-Time)

Responsibilities

• Aid in executing Miami Dolphins Youth Programs events, including setup, breakdown, and running of skills, drills, competitions, and games.
• Support event logistics by processing participants, distributing inventory, and communicating with parents.
• Engage with Dolphins fans and encourage participation in game day activities and activations.
• Assist with loading/unloading, stocking, cleaning, and maintaining the event truck and storage area.
• Manage youth programs database and communications.
• Promote and market events through social media.
• Maintain high energy and enthusiasm at all events while representing the organization.

Qualifications

• Understanding of football, preferably with experience as a player or coach.
• High school diploma/GED required, some college education preferred.
• Current college students with availability to work weekends/summers encouraged to apply.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic computer programs.
• Ability to work nights, long hours, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to perform manual labor and lift up to 100 lbs.
• Experience working outside in an active environment.
• Demonstrated time management and prioritization skills, willingness to work as part of a team.
• Fluency in English, Spanish beneficial.
