Part Time Youth Coach

Soccer Shots Omaha is an engaging children's soccer program with an emphasis on character development. Our caring team positively impacts children's lives on and off the field through best-in-class coaching, curriculum, and communication.

About the role

Lead fun, safe 30–45 minute classes for up to 12 children ages 2-8. Follow a weekly curriculum focused on motor skills and character development, arrive 15 minutes early to set up equipment, engage each child individually, manage equipment and class roster, attend team meetings and trainings, and provide post-session feedback. Use creativity to make each session the best 30 minutes of every child’s week.

• Lead fun, safe classes for up to 12 kids (30–45 minutes)
• Follow weekly curriculum focused on motor skills and character development
• Arrive 15 minutes early to set up equipment
• Engage each child individually during class
• Manage equipment and class roster
• Attend team meetings and trainings
• Provide post-session feedback
• Use creativity to make each session engaging and impactful

• Organized: plan ahead and are systematic in routine, conduct each session according to the curriculum
• Fun and creative: comfortable being goofy and imaginative with young children
• Patient and empathic: willing to work through behavior and learning challenges
• No soccer experience required
