About Us

Soccer Shots is an engaging children's soccer program with an emphasis on character development. Our caring team positively impacts children's lives on and off the field through best-in-class coaching, curriculum, and communication. We operate in daycares, preschools, community centers, and parks across the Omaha area.

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate youth coach to serve children ages 2-8. No soccer experience is required! You will lead fun, safe classes for up to 12 kids (30–45 minutes) and follow a weekly curriculum focused on motor skills and character development.

Responsibilities

• Arrive 15 minutes early to set up equipment
• Lead engaging, safe classes for young children
• Follow the weekly curriculum and manage class rosters
• Engage each child individually during class
• Use creativity to make each session impactful
• Provide post-session feedback
• Attend team meetings and trainings
• Manage equipment and ensure a safe environment

• Professional demeanor: punctual, honest, dependable, safety-conscious, and communicates professionally
• Organized and able to plan ahead
• Fun and creative, comfortable being imaginative with young children
• Patient and empathetic, willing to work through behavior and learning challenges
