Part Time Youth Coach

About the role

Soccer Shots is an engaging children's soccer program focused on character development. Our caring team positively impacts children's lives on and off the field through best-in-class coaching, curriculum, and communication.

Responsibilities

• Engage children in fun and positive 30-60 minute sessions following the weekly Soccer Shots curriculum.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of every child.
• Gather children from classrooms and return them after the session (for childcare sites).
• Follow proper protocols at each location as instructed by the Soccer Shots supervisor.
• Conduct coaching sessions that reflect a passion for positively impacting youth players.

Requirements

• No prior soccer experience required.
• A FUN and positive attitude.
• A High School Diploma.
• An Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Reliable transportation and valid Driver's License or State ID.

Pay

• $17 per class/hour for training.
• $20-27 per 30 minute-1 hour session.

Schedule

• Weekday mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
• Weekend classes available.
