About the role
The Youth Program Coordinator will play a crucial role in developing and implementing youth programs that support the growth and development of young soccer enthusiasts in the host countries.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute youth soccer programs that align with FIFA World Cup 26™ goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with local partners to organize and facilitate community events and workshops.
- Develop and maintain relationships with schools, clubs, and other stakeholders to promote the FIFA World Cup 26™ brand and initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness through regular assessments and feedback sessions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines related to youth sports programming.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Sports Science, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in youth sports programming or related field.
- Strong understanding of youth development principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
