About the role
The Youth Program Coordinator will play a crucial role in developing and implementing youth soccer programs in partnership with local communities and schools. The ideal candidate will have experience in youth sports programming and a passion for fostering young talent.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive youth soccer programs aligned with FIFA World Cup 26™ goals.
- Collaborate with local partners to identify and engage with potential participants.
- Organize and facilitate training sessions, camps, and tournaments for youth players.
- Assess participant progress and provide feedback to enhance skill development.
- Work closely with the marketing team to promote the programs and attract new participants.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Sports Science, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in youth sports programming or similar field.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful youth sports initiatives.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- Experience working with diverse populations and communities.
