Youth Program Coordinator

About the role

The Youth Program Coordinator will play a crucial role in developing and implementing youth programs that align with the strategic goals of FWC2026. This position will work closely with stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality youth development initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement youth development programs that foster player growth and engagement.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to enhance program offerings and reach.
• Monitor and evaluate youth program effectiveness through data analysis and feedback mechanisms.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in youth sports programming.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in sports science, education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in youth sports administration or coaching.
• Experience working with diverse populations and fostering inclusive environments.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

Pay
