About the role
The Youth Program Coordinator will play a crucial role in developing and implementing youth programs that align with the strategic goals of FWC2026. This position will work closely with stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality youth development initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement youth development programs that foster player growth and engagement.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to enhance program offerings and reach.
- Monitor and evaluate youth program effectiveness through data analysis and feedback mechanisms.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in youth sports programming.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in sports science, education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in youth sports administration or coaching.
- Experience working with diverse populations and fostering inclusive environments.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of best practices in youth sports development.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
