Youth Enrichment Coach (Part-Time)(year-round)

Overview

Awesome Athletes and Soccer Stars seeks part-time Youth Enrichment Coaches to lead fun, educational, and supportive sports classes for children aged 1-10.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging soccer and sports enrichment classes
• Create structured lesson plans for teamwork, coordination, and sports fundamentals
• Build a safe, positive, and motivating environment for children
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians about class updates and child progress
• Teach important values like teamwork, sportsmanship, and confidence-building

Schedule & Hours

• Part-time, flexible role
• Classes typically run mornings (9:00 AM - 12:00 PM), afternoons (2:30 PM - 4:00 PM), and/or weekends mornings (9:00 AM - 12:00 PM)
• Approximately 5-10 hours per week, year-round

Requirements

• Available to work year-round mornings and/or afternoons
• Reliable transportation to multiple class locations
• Energetic and engaging personality
• Passion for working with children
• Previous coaching, teaching, youth development, or recreational programs experience preferred
• Willingness to complete CPR/First Aid certification and background checks
• Ability to foster a positive and fun learning environment
