WW Physical AI Partner Lead, Industrials, AWS Specialist & P-Industries
About the role
The Amazon Web Services (AWS) Worldwide Automotive and Manufacturing (A&M) team is seeking an experienced Industry Partner Leader to drive strategic initiatives with C-Suite executives in the automotive industry. This role will focus on accelerating innovation in Connected Mobility, Software-Defined Vehicles (SDV), Digital Customer Experience, and Autonomous Mobility development.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic partnership plans with industrial customers and technology partners inclusive of Agentic start-ups in collaboration with PDM in COE or in regions supporting Industry Business Unit (IBU) strategic priorities. This includes solution roadmaps, and go-to-market campaigns / packages in line with AWS IBUs visions.
Build and maintain C-level relationships across the partner ecosystem, establishing AWS as the preferred cloud platform for Physical AI solutions.
Drive joint business planning, innovation and go-to-market campaigns/packages in line with AWS Physical AI IBUs strategic directions.
Lead strategic workload initiatives in Smart Products, and Physical AI including Robotics & Autonomous Systems, Simulation & Synthetic Data, Digital Twins & HPC Modeling, IoT & Edge Connectivity, Industrial AI for industrial customers.
Identify and develop new business opportunities aligned with emerging industrial technology trends including robot fleet management, edge inference, and autonomous mobility.
Create and execute go-to-market strategies with partners to create and drive revenue opportunities for AWS across automotive, manufacturing, and energy verticals.
Drive partner revenue growth and solution adoption.
Set and manage Launched ARR targets and work with the partner and AWS sales organizations to achieve/exceed goals.
Serve as an industry expert to develop business cases and ROI models for strategic initiatives and program developments.
Execute the strategic business plan while working with key internal stakeholders (e.g., business development and partner teams, marketing, PR, legal, support, etc.).
Qualifications
Experience leading complex, multi-year initiatives that may be cross-functional and/or span business and technology.
Experience explaining complex technical concepts to various business and technical audiences.
Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations across leadership and cross-functional teams.
6+ years of IT consulting/management, alliance, sales, or business development experience in industrial sectors (Automotive, Manufacturing, Energy & Utilities).
