We’re Looking For

  • Provide support of worksite services which include, but are not limited to: Meeting and Event Support, Room Management, Audio Visual, Equipment and Technology Support, Meeting Supply Management, Data and Insights, Employee Amenity Support, and Relocation Project Management.
  • Affirmatively assess space readiness, ensuring workspace, and conference rooms are ready for employee use.
  • Deliver event and meeting plans, audio visual and conference room technology support which contributes to the effective and efficient use of conference facilities.
  • Execute requirements related to setup of meetings and events in configurable space and additional meeting rooms or space as requested.
  • Perform tasks including setting up table and chairs, opening/closing of combinable walls, audio visual equipment and technology support needs for the event, waste and recycling removal, and helping with assistance with vendor for catered functions.
  • Respond as the first line of support for meeting and event needs, using knowledge, training, and experience to troubleshoot problems with technology, video conferencing equipment, lighting systems, and other platforms like Teams, Zoom, Webex, and Intercall.
  • Clean, organize, and maintain assigned work areas and conference storage areas.
  • Perform daily and regularly scheduled cleaning and maintenance of meeting rooms before, during, and after scheduled usage.
  • Manage inventory and control of all conference supplies, flip chart paper, markers, easels, flipchart stands, mics, and other portable equipment.
  • Assist employees with configuration pieces for desks, chairs, monitors, relocation, etc. in Relocation Project Management (RPM).
  • Perform additional job-related duties as requested.

Who You Are

  • High School diploma or equivalent with 2+ years work experience, preferably in hospitality, customer service, or conference and event support.
  • Good communication, critical thinking, and customer service skills.
  • The ability to adapt to different technology solutions and problem solve as needed.
  • The ability to understand and carry out general instructions.
  • The ability to work independently with little supervision.
  • Demonstrate integrity, accountability, self-awareness, and strong work ethic.
  • Will be required to lift and stack chairs, move tables and other equipment needed for meetings and events. Must be able to consistently lift/move items weighing up to 70 pounds.
  • Must be able to work within a flexible work schedule, periodically working evenings and/or weekends.
