Workplace Mental Health Consultant (Part Time)

Responsibilities
- Provide consultation and support to managers, people teams, and members enhancing employee wellbeing and workplace effectiveness
- Collaborate with a clinical team to discuss best practices and navigate complex organizational cases
- Engage in regular team touchpoints to provide professional community and collective expertise
- Assess for risk and manage organizational crises by providing in-the-moment support, triage, and safety planning
- Offer strategic consultations to people leaders and human resources partners to enhance employee wellbeing and workplace effectiveness
- Develop an expert-level understanding of the internal benefit ecosystem to provide seamless resource navigation and referrals for members
- Build trusting relationships with local stakeholders to execute tailored mental health action plans for your specific site
- Coordinate and deliver critical incident response support and tailored mental health training sessions
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation while following all policies regarding confidentiality and ethical standards
- Identify and resolve barriers to care to ensure a frictionless experience for all members
- Participate in regular case reviews and internal clinical meetings to ensure a unified approach to care delivery
- Communicate regularly with local points of contact to identify and escalate site needs to the broader clinical leadership team
Requirements
- An unrestricted license to practice psychotherapy in FL (Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, etc.)
- A minimum of 3 years of post-graduate experience with at least 1 year experience as an independently licensed clinician
- Training and experience in delivering management consultation, critical incident response, and training presentations
- Strong technology proficiency and telehealth competency, with experience using Zendesk, Slack, Google Suite products, and related platforms
- Training and experience in evidence-based modalities of care, including short-term, solution-focused therapy
- Comfortable with providing safety planning and intervention during situations where a client might present with higher risks
- Able to complete timely and thorough documentation of service delivery
- Ability to work independently and contribute to a team environment

Qualifications
- Experience with managing high-performing professionals navigating organizational change, strategic pressure, and complex stakeholder dynamics
- Facilitation skills for engaging trainings on topics such as psychological safety, resilience, leadership effectiveness, and performance sustainability
- Identification and recommendation of appropriate interventions for cross-functional themes impacting culture, morale, or productivity
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Experience with telehealth and digital mental health platforms

Spring Health offers a competitive target hourly range of $70-91, with individual pay determined by a variety of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. Schedule
This role is available for onsite work at the customer location in Jacksonville, FL on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
