Workplace Mental Health Consultant w/ Therapy (Full Time)

As a Workplace Mental Health Consultant, you'll work closely with Citi's onsite team to enhance employee wellbeing and workplace effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Provide consultation and support to managers, people teams, and members enhancing employee wellbeing and workplace effectiveness
- Collaborate with a clinical team to discuss best practices and navigate complex organizational cases
- Engage in regular team touchpoints to provide professional community and expertise
- Assess for risk and manage organizational crises by providing in-the-moment support, triage, and safety planning
- Offer strategic consultations to people leaders and human resources partners
- Develop an expert-level understanding of the internal benefit ecosystem
- Build trusting relationships with local stakeholders to execute tailored mental health action plans
- Coordinate and deliver critical incident response support and tailored mental health training sessions
- Monitor workplace data and trends to identify strategic insights and recommend targeted mental health interventions
- Represent the program at benefit promotion events
- Manage the formal referral process for employees
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation while following confidentiality and ethical standards
- Identify and resolve barriers to care
- Participate in regular case reviews and internal clinical meetings
- Communicate regularly with local points of contact
Requirements
- An unrestricted license to practice psychotherapy in Texas (Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, etc.)
- A minimum of 3 years of post-graduate experience with at least 1 year experience as an independently licensed clinician
- Training and experience in delivering management consultation, critical incident response, and training presentations
- Strong technology proficiency and telehealth competency, with experience using Zendesk, Slack, Google Suite products, and related platforms
- Training and experience in evidence-based modalities of care, including short-term, solution-focused therapy
- Comfortable with providing safety planning and intervention during situations where a client might present with higher risks
- Able to complete high-quality documentation of service delivery in a timely manner

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience with de-escalation support during high-stress incidents
- Recognition and addressing of compassion fatigue, secondary trauma, and emotional exhaustion
Skills

- Knowledge of mental health best practices and evidence-based therapies
- Experience with telehealth and digital mental health platforms

Pay
The target salary range for this position is $90,000-$107,000 annually. Individual pay may vary based on experience, location, and other relevant factors.
Schedule
Workplace Mental Health Consultants typically work Monday through Thursday from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM at the customer location in San Antonio, TX.
