Spring Health is a global mental health company dedicated to eliminating barriers to mental health. We provide personalized support through various modalities and collaborate with onsite clinical teams to enhance employee wellbeing and workplace effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Provide consultation and support to managers, people teams, and members enhancing employee wellbeing and workplace effectiveness
  • Collaborate within a clinical team to discuss best practices and navigate complex organizational cases
  • Engage in regular team touchpoints to provide professional community and collective expertise
  • Afford in-the-moment support, triage, and safety planning during organizational crises
  • Offer strategic consultations to people leaders and human resources partners to enhance employee wellbeing and workplace effectiveness
  • Develop an expert-level understanding of the internal benefit ecosystem to provide seamless resource navigation and referrals for members
  • Build trusting relationships with local stakeholders to execute tailored mental health action plans for your specific site
  • Coordinate and deliver critical incident response support and tailored mental health training sessions
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation while following all policies regarding confidentiality and ethical standards
  • Identify and resolve barriers to care to ensure a frictionless experience for all members
  • Participate in regular case reviews and internal clinical meetings to ensure a unified approach to care delivery
  • Communicate regularly with local points of contact to identify and escalate site needs to the broader clinical leadership team

Requirements

  • An unrestricted license to practice psychotherapy in MO and KS (Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, etc.)
  • A minimum of 3 years of post-graduate experience with at least 1 year experience as an independently licensed clinician
  • Training and experience in delivering management consultation, critical incident response, and training presentations
  • Strong technology proficiency and telehealth competency, with experience using Zendesk, Slack, Google Suite products, and related platforms
  • Training and experience in evidence-based modalities of care, including short-term, solution-focused therapy
  • Comfortable with providing safety planning and intervention during situations where a client might present with higher risks
  • Able to complete documentation of service delivery in a timely manner
  • Commitment to high quality documentation of service delivery that is completed in a timely manner
  • Ability to work independently, but also enjoy having the support of a team and opportunities for connections and collaboration with other providers and our master’s level clinical care navigators

Qualifications

  • Experience supporting high-performing professionals navigating organizational change, strategic pressure, and complex stakeholder dynamics
  • Facilitation of engaging trainings on psychological safety, resilience, leadership effectiveness, and performance sustainability
  • Identification and elevation of cross-functional themes that may impact culture, morale, or productivity, and proactively recommending appropriate interventions
  • Supporting managers overseeing teams with practical guidance on morale, burnout, and performance-related stress
  • Recognition and addressing of compassion fatigue, secondary trauma, and emotional exhaustion common in high-demand, customer-facing roles
  • Providing de-escalation support during high-stress incidents and delivering stabilization guidance during peak demand periods

Pay

The target hourly range for this role is $70-$91. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.

Schedule

This role is based in O’Fallon, MO and involves working onsite at the customer location on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
