Workplace Experience Coordinator onsite in Cambridge, MA
As a Workplace Experience Coordinator, you'll deliver a world-class customer service experience to employees and guests of a designated building in Cambridge, MA. This is a fully onsite role, Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for all individuals entering the facility, greeting them with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
- Issue visitor and parking passes while following security protocols.
- Answer telephones professionally to create a memorable first impression.
- Create presentations and speak to various-sized groups.
- Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities on behalf of requestors.
- Manage janitorial or maintenance work orders as needed.
- Coordinate and execute workplace services, including mail, office supply services, and onboarding.
- Acknowledge inquiries or complaints from employees, guests, and co-workers, providing solutions in a professional, customer service-driven manner.
- Organize and manage on-site events, including securing event space, set up and tear down, and delivery of supplies.
- Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures, notifying appropriate parties to ensure safety.
- Coordinate with vendors supplying services or goods to the workplace.
- Explain detailed or complicated information within the team.
- Follow specific directions provided by the manager.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
- Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Flexibility to work some overtime as needed.
- Strong communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Pay
The compensation range for this role is approximately $50,000–$60,000 annual base salary, based on experience. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on skills, qualifications, and experience.
