As a Workplace Experience Coordinator, you'll deliver a world-class customer service experience to employees and guests of a designated building. This role is part of the Workplace Experience function, focusing on providing exceptional service to clients and visitors.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for all individuals entering the facility, greeting them with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
- Issue visitor and parking passes while adhering to security protocols.
- Answer telephone calls professionally to create a memorable first impression.
- Create presentations and speak to groups of various sizes.
- Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities on behalf of requestors.
- Manage janitorial or maintenance work orders as needed.
- Coordinate and execute workplace services, including mail, office supply services, and onboarding.
- Acknowledge inquiries or complaints from employees, guests, and co-workers, providing solutions in a professional, customer service-driven manner.
- Organize and manage on-site events, including securing event space, set up and tear down, and delivery of supplies.
- Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures, notifying appropriate parties to ensure safety.
- Coordinate with vendors supplying services or goods to the workplace.
- Explain detailed or complicated information clearly within the team.
- Follow specific directions provided by management and use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED with 2-3 years of job-related experience.
- Established understanding of work routines and standards, with the ability to apply skills and knowledge across processes, procedures, and systems.
- Intermediate problem-solving skills, with the capacity to review and select solutions from available options without supervisory approval.
- Ability to explain detailed and complicated information clearly and concisely within the team.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with a robust inquisitive mindset.
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
Pay
The minimum salary for this position is $58,000 annually, and the maximum salary is $62,000 annually. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. Compensation will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
