Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and team members at the front desk, manage incoming calls, and ensure visitors are directed promptly and professionally.
- Cookieresource preparation, room coordination, and support scheduling needs.
- Maintain an organized flow throughout the office and monitor and restock office and kitchen supplies.
- Support kitchen operations by refreshing coffee stations, unloading dishwashers, and assisting with food setup for recurring team lunches.
- Keep shared spaces such as open work areas, conference rooms, and breakout spaces presentable, functional, and ready for use.
- Respond to changing priorities with flexibility, stepping in where needed to help the office run efficiently during busy periods.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to stay organized, manage time effectively, and handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced office setting.
- Comfortable working independently while making sound decisions about task prioritization and daily workflow management.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to provide front-desk and phone support.
- A proactive, resourceful mindset with a practical approach to solving workplace and administrative challenges.
Qualifications
- Experience supporting office coordination, scheduling, dispatching, or inbound call handling is preferred.
