Workplace Coordinator
About the role
Snowflake (onsite) in Bellevue is looking for an adaptable, proactive, and diligent Workplace Coordinator. You will be a thorough self-starter who develops outstanding customer service and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail. This role requires a solution-oriented mindset to handle ambiguity, rapid changes in priorities, and short deadlines, along with strong coordination abilities. Reporting to the Workplace Operations Manager, you will perform a variety of office support functions and duties.

Responsibilities
- Provide a welcoming first impression to visitors, guests, vendors, and staff.
- Act as a helpful resource for internal staff, assisting with general workplace inquiries, meeting room bookings, and office event support.
- Take genuine care and responsibility for the entire workplace, ensuring the office is maintained, safe, and ready for use at all times.
- Oversee visitor management systems and requests, including security badging and access requirements.
- Provide facility support for events and meetings, including physical movement of furniture, equipment, boxes, and materials; conference room set-ups; employee moves, adds, and changes; and office and other supplies.
- Support the Food and Beverage program by assisting with general quality control and reporting issues or employee feedback.
- Work independently and effectively within a teaming environment, assuming responsibility without direct supervision.
- Ensure an enjoyable, safe, supportive, and collaborative place to work and visit for employees, customers, and guests.
- Maintain professionalism and high levels of customer service at all times.
- Conduct physical inspections of the facilities and premises, reporting any issues to Workplace colleagues or building management.
- Report issues to building engineers to ensure HVAC systems, electrical equipment, plumbing systems, and associated equipment are maintained and operating properly.
- Address minor repairs of the facilities and premises, including painting, patching, office and kitchen equipment repairs, furniture, ceiling tiles, and carpeting.
- Respond to emergencies and relay incidents to appropriate parties.
Requirements
- 2+ years of Workplace, Hospitality, Security, Event Coordinating, or customer service experience in Real Estate & Facilities.
- Experience with Google/Microsoft Suite, Slack/Teams, following approved budgets and defined processes, and task management.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and handle interruptions with a positive, professional attitude.
- Experience working with third-party vendors.
- Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.
- Proven track record as an exceptional communicator and go-to person in previous organizations.
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes to ensure Workplace realizes its mission.
Pay
The estimated base salary range for this role is $59,000 - $77,700. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake’s bonus and equity plan. The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
