The Workforce Strategy Analyst at AMN Healthcare is responsible for optimizing client operations and implementing proprietary methodologies. Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying, analyzing, interpreting, and presenting relevant data and trends.
- Developing and implementing training curricula on workforce strategies and technical solutions.
- Leading cross-functional teams to meet client needs and influencing decisions through data and consultative approaches.
- Growing client relationships and expanding product offerings.
- Sustaining subject matter expertise and delivering presentations.
- Coaching less experienced team members and providing feedback for personal and business process improvements.
Qualifications include:
- Education: Bachelor's degree with 5-7 years of work experience, or High School Diploma/GED with 9-11 years of work experience, Master's degree preferred.
- Experience: Healthcare systems experience, strategic account management or consulting experience, presentation to executive level audiences, and process improvement experience (Lean/Six Sigma).
- Skills: SQL, Python coding proficiency, M, Dax, Power BI build experience, Snowflake and Azure Data Factory experience, Azure DevOps experience, proven analytical skills, root cause analysis, and solution development, excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
AMN Healthcare offers a competitive salary range of $76,000 - $94,500, final pay rate dependent on experience, training, education, and location. The position requires some travel, up to 10%, and operates in a hybrid office/home office or remote environment depending on location.
