Responsibilities
- Analyze workforce data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain reports to track key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with HR teams to implement strategies that enhance organizational efficiency.
- Support recruitment efforts by providing insights into candidate needs and trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in HR or related field.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with HRIS systems and data analysis tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in SQL and other data analysis software.
- Data analysis and interpretation.
- Project management and organizational skills.
