About the role

Responsible for analyzing workforce data to optimize staffing and resource allocation.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze workforce data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain reports to track key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to implement strategies that enhance organizational efficiency.
  • Support recruitment efforts by providing insights into candidate needs and trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in HR or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and data analysis tools.
  • Qualifications

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
    • Proficiency in SQL and other data analysis software.
