Workflow Coordinator

The Job at a Glance

You will be a part of the Continuous Improvement team and serve as mission control for our daily outbound activities.

Responsibilities include:

• Forecast daily production rates
• Plan daily labor requirements to meet forecast
• Maintain monitoring and evaluation of actual to plan rates
• Coordinate with DC leadership on work assignment changes
• Release outbound work to team to ensure SLAs are met
• Monitor DC automation systems and alert/troubleshoot issues
• Audit daily operations and provide feedback to leadership
• Communicate with external and internal support groups on system issues

About the Role

This position requires:

• Experience in scheduling, forecasting or production planning
• A solid understanding of distribution operations
• Great communication skills, particularly over the phone/radio
• A strong proficiency in Excel
• The ability to interpret and make decisions from data quickly
• The ability to learn how to drive small manlifts
• The willingness to work Monday - Friday 10:30am-7:00pm, and Saturdays when needed
• The ability to move around for long periods and consistently lift up to 30lbs unassisted

Qualifications

Requirements include:

• College degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 1 year of experience in scheduling, forecasting, or production planning
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Ability to interpret and make decisions from data quickly
• Ability to learn how to drive small manlifts
• Willingness to work Monday - Friday 10:30am-7:00pm, and Saturdays when needed
• Ability to move around for long periods and consistently lift up to 30lbs unassisted

Pay

The salary range for this role is $43,993.80 – $53,720.20 annually ($21.62 – $25.82 hourly).

Schedule

The schedule for this role is Monday - Friday 10:30am-7:00pm, and Saturdays when needed.
