Workflow Coordinator

About the role

The primary purpose of this role is to facilitate the processing of HPP activities. This position is responsible for scheduling assistance, work order completion, and coordination with operations and FSQA to ensure timely and accurate completion of production activities.

Shifts are from 10 am to 6:30 pm, Monday to Friday, or 6 pm to 2:30 am, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the planning team and the facilitation of the work orders utilized by operations
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the Production Team to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Maintain accuracy of records and folders within ERP/WMS systems
  • Coordinate and communicate with the Warehouse Team to ensure timely inbound and outbound product flow
  • Monitor and track product inventory before and after HPP processing to ensure accuracy
  • Maintain and file records in compliance with company standards
  • Verify that all inventory is scanned correctly across ERP and WMS, including inbound, outbound, HPP, and VAS transactions
  • Update work orders status to ‘built’ promptly on the day of completion
  • Scan and upload folder documents to work order
  • Conduct end of shift reporting and shift hand off
  • Close work orders promptly after FSQA release
  • Identify and resolve process issues in real time, escalating gaps to management as necessary
  • Provide operational support, including production duties as needed

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or related field preferred
  • Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or production coordination preferred
  • Experience working with ERP and WMS systems is a plus

Working Conditions

This role operates in a wet and cold/refrigerated environment (around 35 degrees F) located within a manufacturing, warehousing, and production type facility.

Must be able to withstand cold temperatures for extended periods and perform repetitive bending and standing up.

Must be able to lift 10-35 lbs. repetitively and up to 45 lbs. occasionally, and push/pull up to 250 lbs. on rollers occasionally.

Must be able to physically walk the production floor having a hands-on approach with problem solving.
