Process Coordinator
About the role
The Process Coordinator operates within event management and marketing, focusing on corporate events, product launches, brand activations, creative design, and experiential campaigns. This role emphasizes process-focused coordination to ensure project visibility, separating confirmed facts, pending dependencies, and exceptions.
Responsibilities
- Maintain process-focused coordination with dependency management, ensuring each checkpoint includes a visible source, owner, status, and next action.
- Reconcile global events role documentation with status tracking to maintain clarity and accountability.
- Coordinate project tracking and deadline management, ensuring all actions are traceable and up-to-date.
- Review documentation and reporting to support process compliance and issue escalation.
- Enforce document quality control and workflow management to prevent downstream rework.
Decision Pattern & Quality Standard
Strong process-focused coordination ensures project visibility remains usable under the demands of event management and marketing. Work must be traceable, unresolved items must have clear owners, and repeated errors must be surfaced before causing rework.
- Apply the Strive Global Events Workflow Context and Project Coordination confidently in the context of corporate events, product launches, brand activations, creative design, and experiential campaigns.
- Maintain data accuracy without losing track of evidence or deadlines.
- Document process compliance and issue escalation decisions to keep reasoning clear.
- Use judgment in follow-up, especially when coordination depends on external confirmations rather than assumptions.
The role-specific handoff test requires exception tracking, documentation, and cross-functional coordination to be current; otherwise, the work remains open.
