This role focuses on process coordination to ensure project visibility, keeping confirmed facts, pending dependencies, and exceptions clearly separated.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate process-focused tasks with dependency management, ensuring each checkpoint includes a visible source, owner, status, and next action within brand strategy, visual identity, design, marketing, paid/social/email campaigns, analytics, operations, and customer support.
- Review and maintain Elevare branding role documentation with status tracking, following a process-focused, coordination-owned work profile.
- Document project tracking with deadline management, ensuring traceability and clarity of next steps.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and reporting to support process coordination and workflow transparency.
- Reconcile quality control with workflow management, surfacing repeated errors before they lead to downstream rework.

Position Details
This is a full-time, associate-level role, 100% remote within the United States.
Pay
Base salary: $45,000–$69,000 per year.
