Responsibilities
- Investigate, evaluate, and manage workers compensation claims from start to finish
- Negotiate settlements and drive claims towards successful resolution
- Build strong relationships with injured workers, employers, medical providers, and attorneys
- Made thoughtful, timely decisions while delivering outstanding customer service
- Contribute to a collaborative team focused on excellence and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Experience in workers compensation claims or a related insurance, claims, or risk management role
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Critical thinking and the confidence to make sound, independent decisions
- Effective negotiation skills and a solutions-focused mindset
- A genuine desire to learn, grow, and expand your insurance industry expertise
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a background check
