Workday Compensation - Sr Consultant
About the role
Skilled relationship builders, our Associates and Sr Associates are responsible for project work stream delivery, work plan management, analytics, reporting, and client interface/presentations. They collaborate with client staff and leadership while managing and mentoring junior Huron staff. Responsibilities
- Deliver project work streams and manage work plans
- Perform analytics and reporting
- Interface with clients and deliver presentations
- Collaborate with client staff and leadership
- Manage and mentor junior Huron staff
Requirements
- 3-5 years of project implementation experience and/or a minimum of 2 full life cycle experiences
- Workday Certification in Compensation and/or Advanced Compensation (a big plus)
- Ability to manage tight deadlines, make decisions, learn quickly, and self-manage
- Proficient in Workday Methodology
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal), with the ability to present impactfully to leadership or conference audiences
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time when needed
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Aspiration to learn, train, and participate in the professional development of Huron staff in both project-management and technical dimensions
Pay
The estimated base salary range for this job is $115,000 - $145,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on factors including specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel.
This job is eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, reflecting Huron’s pay-for-performance philosophy. Inclusive of the annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $128,800 - $166,700.
