About the role
Looking for someone with hands-on experience configuring and administering Workday Compensation Review (Advanced Compensation) who can effectively partner with business stakeholders to design, configure, and implement scalable compensation solutions while driving successful Agile project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Configure and administer Workday Compensation Review
- Gather business requirements and translate them into Workday solutions
- Create proof-of-concept configurations
- Drive Agile project delivery
Requirements
- Strong experience with Workday Compensation
- Deep expertise in Workday Advanced Compensation (Compensation Review)
- Proven experience in Workday configuration and administration
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and Jira

Pay
Pay Range: $50/hr - $55/hr. Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate’s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
