Workday Compensation Consultant

Location: Minneapolis, MN and Charlotte, NC

Pay Range: $54 - $56/hr

About the role

Lead analysis and design of automated merit increase enhancements within Workday Compensation Review (Advanced Compensation). Partner with stakeholders to capture requirements, design solutions, and develop proof-of-concept configurations. Document and communicate business processes, requirements, data flows, and user experiences through clear artifacts. Drive planning, coordination, configuration, and testing activities to ensure successful product delivery and implementation. Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Compensation environment to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Experience with Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation configuration
• Knowledge of business requirement documentation and end-to-end testing processes
• Ability to partner effectively with stakeholders and communicate technical concepts clearly
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in a collaborative team environment with a focus on delivering scalable solutions
