Workday Compensation Consultant

This is a full-time contract position lasting 5+ months with possible extension or conversion. Location is hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) in Minneapolis, MN or Charlotte, NC (CIC).

About the role

We are looking for a Workday Compensation Consultant with hands-on experience configuring and administering Workday Compensation Review (Advanced Compensation). The ideal candidate will effectively partner with business stakeholders to design, configure, and implement scalable compensation solutions while driving successful Agile project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Configure and administer Workday Compensation Review (Advanced Compensation).
• Gather business requirements and translate them into Workday solutions.
• Create proof-of-concept configurations.
• Drive Agile project delivery.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Workday Compensation.
• Deep expertise in Workday Advanced Compensation (Compensation Review).
• Proven experience in configuring and administering Workday Compensation Review.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and Jira.

Pay

Pay range: $50/hr - $55/hr. The final pay offered will be based on factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, and certifications.
