About the role

The Atlanta office of Fisher Phillips seeks to hire a Business Immigration Associate to join our dynamic and rapidly growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of business immigration experience with nonimmigrant visas (H, L, E, TN, O and RFEs), all immigrant visa types (EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, PERM, I-140, I-130, I-485), and immigration compliance (I-9 audits).

• Manage a wide array of workplace immigration matters.
• Work with clients on various matters, guiding them through challenging moments with their immigration matters.
• Collaborate in a collaborative work environment.
• Have a growth mindset and be excited to embrace innovation and technology in the practice of law.

Qualifications

• At least three years of business immigration experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with varying deadlines and time demands.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• A commitment to personal growth and high-quality client service.
