About the role
The Woodland Hills office of Fisher Phillips seeks employment litigation associates with 3–6 years of experience.
Responsibilities
- Draft and respond to discovery and initial pleadings
- Draft and argue motions
- Take and defend depositions
- Significant experience in labor and employment law and handling California wage-and-hour class action claims and PAGA cases is preferred
- Candidates with strong litigation experience and a demonstrated interest in labor and employment law will be considered
Requirements
- Excellent academic credentials
- Strong writing and analytical skills
- The ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starters with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Candidates must be admitted in California and hold a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school

Pay
The yearly salary range for this position is $210,000–$260,000.
