Mid-Level Employment Litigation Associate

Position Title: Mid-Level Employment Litigation Associate  A nationally recognized labor and employment law firm is seeking a Mid-Level Employment Litigation Associate to manage sophisticated employment matters from start to finish. This role will handle complex wage and hour claims, employment discrimination and harassment matters, California wage-and-hour class actions, and PAGA cases while working closely with experienced partners and clients. The ideal candidate has 4–6 years of employment litigation experience and is comfortable taking meaningful ownership of cases. They are proactive, personable, highly motivated, and bring the judgment, initiative, and litigation skills necessary to operate with increasing independence.
