Women's Recovery Center Staff - Evening Shift

Role: Adult Residential Support Professional (2nd Shift) Provides compassionate support in a trauma-informed residential treatment program for adult women recovering from substance use disorders, including mothers with infants up to 3 months old. Responsibilities include supporting residents' recovery, monitoring well-being, administering medications, assisting with daily tasks, maintaining confidentiality, responding to emergencies, and facilitating life skills activities. Supports residents' treatment goals and transports them to appointments or community activities as needed. Attends staff meetings and trainings, and performs additional duties as assigned. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required; experience in human services or residential care preferred; coursework in social work or related fields is a plus. Strong communication, problem-solving, teamwork skills, and ability to work independently are essential. Valid driver’s license required; DHS 83 training preferred but can be completed after hire.
