Women's Recovery Center Staff - Evening Shift

Role: Adult Residential Support Professional (2nd Shift) Provides compassionate support in a trauma-informed residential treatment program for adult women recovering from substance use disorders, including mothers with infants. Responsibilities include monitoring resident well-being, encouraging recovery, administering medications, assisting with daily tasks, maintaining confidentiality, responding to emergencies, and supporting treatment goals. Staff also transport residents, facilitate life skills activities, and attend training sessions. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required; experience in human services or behavioral health preferred. Coursework in social work or related fields is a plus. Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills are essential. Valid driver’s license required; DHS 83 training is preferred but can be completed after hire. Key duties: Support residents’ recovery, documentation, crisis response, community transportation, and participation in staff meetings. Local travel may be necessary.
