Women's Recovery Center Staff - Evening Shift

Adult Residential Support Professionals are responsible for providing daily support and encouragement to residents in a trauma-informed recovery program for adult women recovering from substance use disorders, including mothers with infants. Key duties include monitoring resident well-being, documenting observations, administering or monitoring medications, assisting with daily living tasks, and responding to emergencies. They support residents in achieving treatment goals, facilitate educational and life skills activities, and transport residents to appointments and community activities. Additionally, they ensure accurate documentation while maintaining confidentiality and attend staff meetings and trainings. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, with experience in human services or behavioral health preferred. Coursework in social work or related fields is advantageous. Candidates should possess strong communication, problem-solving, teamwork skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining professional boundaries. A valid driver’s license is required, and DHS 83 training is preferred but can be completed after hire. Local travel within the community may be necessary. This role offers a pay rate of $17.75/hour and includes evening hours, with work every other weekend.
