Women's Recovery Center Staff - Evening Shift

Role Overview: An Adult Residential Support Professional provides compassionate, trauma-informed care in a residential treatment setting for adult women recovering from substance use disorders, including mothers with infants. Key Responsibilities Support residents' recovery through daily encouragement and structureMonitor and document resident well-being, administer medications, and respond to emergenciesAssist with meal prep, housekeeping, laundry, and daily living tasksTransport residents to appointments and community activitiesFacilitate educational and life skills activities, and collect specimens as neededMaintain confidentiality and accurate documentationAttend staff meetings and trainings Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or GED requiredExperience in human services, behavioral health, or residential care preferredStrong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skillsAbility to work independently and maintain professional boundariesValid driver’s license with acceptable recordTraining in fire safety, first aid, medication administration preferred but can be completed after hire Additional Details: The role involves local travel (up to 50%) and is scheduled on the 2nd shift, including every other weekend. The pay rate is $17.75/hour.
