Women's Recovery Center Staff - Evening Shift

Role: Adult Residential Support Professional (2nd Shift) in a trauma-informed residential treatment program for adult women recovering from substance use disorders, including mothers with infants. Key Responsibilities Support and encourage residents in their recovery journeyMonitor and document resident well-beingAdminister or oversee medication managementAssist with daily tasks such as meals, housekeeping, and laundryMaintain accurate, confidential documentationRespond effectively to emergencies and crisesSupport residents in achieving treatment goals and facilitate educational or life skills activitiesTransport residents to appointments and community activitiesCollect urine specimens and administer breathalyzer testsAttend staff meetings and training sessionsPerform additional duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or GED requiredExperience in human services, behavioral health, or residential care preferredCoursework toward a related degree is a plusStrong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skillsAbility to work independently and maintain professional boundariesValid driver’s license with a good driving recordTraining in Fire Safety, First Aid, and Medication Administration is preferred but can be completed after hire Additional: Local travel may be required (up to 25–50%).
